- Our fees
include all pay in, pay out, discount or cash taxes, cuc=usd exchange rate of 1.1350,
etc. There are no additional fees other than the ones posted in the above table.
As an example if you send 124.01 usd we will pay your beneficiary 100 cuc regardless
of payment mode or delivery type. Minimum amount for wires is 1001 cuc. Read online
forms carefully, 2 to 3 times, to avoid errors and delays. Provide as much
information as possible to avoid hold ups.
- WHEN COMPARING RATES DO NOTE THAT DUALES charges ONLY 12 USD Dollars( to
cover exchange rate of 11.35 ud , costs & margins) to deliver 100
CUC, which is the same as 135.01 USD for 100 CUC . TO RECEIVE FUNDS YOUR BENEFICIARY
NEEDS TO PICK UP AND ACTIVATE THEIR Debit card. PLEASE HAVE YOUR BENEFICIARY CALL
ONE OF THE OFFICES IN OUR FAQS PAGE. ALLOW SEVEN (7) TO FIFTEEN
(15) FOR THE CARD TO BE ISSUED AND ACTIVATED. THESE ARE STANDARD TIMES FOR DEBIT
AND CREDIT CARDS DELIVERY IN NORTH AMERICA.
We strongly recommend using debit cards as the safest, most secure,
automated, accurate and therefore fastest way to send money.
Lead times for delivery are:
- 4 to 48 hours for transfers to debit cards anywhere(Activated or active cards only)
- 48 hours to 3 days for central station pick up (Not currently available)
- 24 to 48 hours for wires and banks payments (commercial clients, agents and merchants
only)
- 1 to 3 days for home delivery (Not currently available)
- The above fees apply only to CUBA. For all other countries Western Union online
rates with 15 % discount apply; limit of 2000 USD per transaction. Duales DOES NOT
ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS or third party payments. Check local laws and regulatory practices
of FINTRAC (Canadian residents) and OFAC (US residents). Duales keeps record of
every transaction and reserves the right to apply Security & Privacy Standards
well above those commonly accepted in the Money Transfer Industry. Duales maintains
and retains the highest competent legal banking advisory in the US, Canada and Cuba
and has Indemnity Agreements with reputed Canadian & Foreign Financial Institutions.
- For amounts above 2000 usd we provide competitive market maker exchange rates
using commercial wire services to any account in the world.
- First credit card transaction limited to 500 USD. Maximum amount per month using
credit card is 1000 Please note that your credit card statement may vary due to
exchange rates charged by the issuing bank, your bank, upon settlement.
- Depending on prevailing market and overnight interest rates discounts may apply
for transfers over 5000 USD
- Special rates for agencies, dealers and corporations. Call 1-888-781-2822
- By Mail or Deposit: ONLY International Money Orders, Cashier Cheques or Bank Drafts
payable to Duales Inc.
- We recommend you use Fedex. Please include beneficiary's information in a separate
sheet and address to:
